Where can I find information about allergens?

Allergen information is clearly stated in bold print on the label on the back of each product.

Do Fanola products contain gluten?

All Fanola products contain wheat flour and are therefore gluten-containing.

Do the products contain tree nuts?

Some products may contain nuts or ingredients such as walnuts, almonds, or hazelnuts. Trace amounts may also be present due to the manufacturing process.

Are the products suitable for people with allergies?

We recommend that individuals with allergies or intolerances exercise special caution and check the label. 

What does the "best used by" label mean?

The label indicates the date until which the product retains its expected quality, taste, and texture if stored according to the instructions on the packaging.

Where is the product's expiration date located?

The expiration date is printed on the product packaging. The serial number and recommended storage conditions may also be listed.

Can I consume the product if the packaging is damaged?

If the packaging is damaged or the product looks, smells, or tastes different from usual, we recommend that you do not consume it.

How can I file a complaint?

You can submit a complaint via the contact form or by email to fanola@fanola.hr. Please include the product name, expiration date, batch number, place and date of purchase, and a description of the complaint.

What should I include with my claim?

If possible, please attach a photo of the product, a photo of the packaging showing the expiration date and batch number, and the receipt or other proof of purchase.

How long does it take to process a complaint?

We review every complaint carefully and as quickly as possible. After receiving all the information, we will contact you with feedback.
