Last week, we visited their production facility to learn more about their process, flavors, and the hardworking employees responsible for the crispness of Fanola cookies.

Just as Charlie was excited to meet Willy Wonka and visit the chocolate factory, we too greeted the morning with equal enthusiasm, eager for the opportunity to be a part of the making of Fanola products.

One of our favorites, especially for hot summer days, is the orange crescent. This irresistible tea pastry with almonds and orange flavor will satisfy even the most discerning palates. Of course, there's no better feeling than trying them right after they come out of the production line.

Then there are the most popular Fanola Vjenčići, known to the general public as Linzers. A generations-old recipe, the secret to their flakiness and irresistible taste is well-guarded.

Filled with apricot and cherry, they are sure to delight.

It was fascinating to watch the filling of the tarts and the final touch, the powdered sugar that makes them even sweeter. We couldn't resist them, so we tried them right away.

With these flaky pastries, we no longer have to turn on the oven but can instead spend time with our family.
